Invitation to Fundraising Events
Fundraisers hosted by AGC of Texas for statewide and other select candidates will be open to those who have contributed to the PAC at the 1924 Club level in the same calendar year that the fundraising event occurs. Any AGC of Texas member not part of the 1924 Club can attend the general reception by making a personal contribution at the level specified on the event invitation.
Access to Fireside Chats & Area Events
During session, the AGC of Texas Government Affairs team will host a virtual fireside chat every other week to provide a brief legislative update and answer questions about current and upcoming legislative items at the Capitol. During the interim, periodic fireside chats will be hosted for 1924 Club members to provide updates on interim charges, campaigns, and other political issues.
Exclusive Advocacy Reports
1924 Club members will receive exclusive bulletins containing detailed updates of the chapter's advocacy efforts during session along with relevant political information during the interim. These reports will be sent electronically on a monthly basis during session and on a quarterly basis during the interim.
