Immigration Compliance:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
have recently increased enforcement efforts in the construction, hospitality, food processing and textile industries.
In light of this development and given the heavy media attention on immigration, AGC of Texas has received
several member inquiries regarding the Social Security Administration (SSA) mismatch letter and other issues related
to immigration enforcement. read more
